      • Send the files of clients to Embassy .
      • Respond to Client queries through calls/chat/e-mails
      • Handle Customer queries in a timely
      • Shall handle all countries Visa enquiries in persons / mails and advice regarding required
      • Documentations and submission for all type of Visa.
      • Also Maintain proper record of submission & collection of Visa including Visa fee and service charges.
      • Shall maintain cordial relation with customers, Visa Service Agency & Consulate offices.
      • Shall have pleasing personality and effective communication skill
      • Well versed with Visa Documentation and procedures/ On Line /Manual Visa application submission to Consulate at Delhi or through VFS regarding all types of Visas for Various Countries like USA,Canada,China,Australia,Sri Lanka,Shenzhen Countries,Thailand,Singapore, Malaysia , Middle East Countries.
      • Basic Knowledge of Package Tours, Insurance and Passport Assistance will be treated an additional qualification
      • Can work under pressure.
      • Good with computer skills.
JOB Description:-
  • New Customer Acquisition through relationship building and corporate visits
  • Building relationship with Corporates to generate business.
  • Ensuring group files profitability by overseeing group file operations and guiding team to do it in an organised way
  • Develops and execute a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
  • Relationship Management & strengthening business.
  • Generation of Corporate & MICE business by identifying potential clients
  • Handle corporate presentations, documents, proposals and meet expectations
  • Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets.
  • Manage and keep hunting for more whale-sized accounts that is profitable
  • Escalation management.
  • Maintains contact with all clients in the market area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Prepare Daily, Weekly and Monthly reports of the business activities.
  • Good product knowledge on Destinations and MICE group operations. Strong MICE & Corporate
  • experience and market relations.
  • Well spoken and smart individual
Job Description:-
  • Provide exceptional Traveller care and customer service to SKH GLOBAL TRVELS corporate clients
  • Accurately complete end to end travel requirements both international and domestic travel arrangements for air, hotel, rail, requests for ticketing, fares, routing and visa requests for Business Travel clients
  • Incumbent should have good knowledge of domestic as well as international critical itineraries (Geographical Knowledge is mandatory)
  • Co-ordinate with multiple departments to ensure quick resolution for the customer to adhere SLA
  • Expect to work on financials (card reconciliation will be an advantage). Ensure latest updated policies,
  • procedures, desk Instructions are read & complied
  • Excellent Customer service and communication skills (Both Written and Verbal)
  • Providing consultative multi-country routings for best fares and preferred carrier usage. Counsel clients on efficient, routings for lowest available fares and preferred carrier usage in coordination with the Corporations business travel policies
  • Research and resolve client inquiries/issues at point of sale. Coach, develop and mentor peers, new and/or junior Travel Consultants
  • Deliver expectations against individual and shared team key performance indicators
  • Comply with all legal and industry standards. Embrace the role of providing a superior consultative value to clients versus just being an order taker
  • Ensure each PNR contains the standard documentation and documentation for any exceptions handled during the reservation process
Job Description:-

A. Servicing External Customers / clients

  1. Handling tours (Corporate, Groups) and handling all MICE tours from start to end
  2. Maintaining good rapport / relations with Corporates
  3. Meeting the clients once the sale is closed and take over the project from the sales team

B. Internal Customers

  1. Support Sales team to prepare costing with drafting proposal with itinerary and presentation
  2. Research on new destinations and create new itineraries
  3. Prompt and accurate reverts as per requirement
  4. Adhere with time frame for activities need to be completed like Airlines Reservations / Hotel Rooms/ Visa process deadlines etc.
  5. Support Sales team for seamless Customer Service support.
  6. Tour Managers Briefing and handover with all services confirmations with do's & Don'ts
  7. Ensuring proper Report & feedback is taken from the Tour Manager wrt the group handled
  8. Coordination with Finance and Accounts for Project generation formalities
  9. Generate pre and post Invoice generation of Invoices

C. Revenue maximization

  1. Negotiate with Hotels / DMC
  2. Minimize damages on Hotel / Services cancellation to earn extra amounts
  3. Checking & settling Supplier payments accurately with analysis on rendered services with actual travelers
  4. Inter unit support (Business Divisions) to Up-selling of services and support to minimize damages if any to other units
  5. Pre And Post tour profitability analysis
Looking for candidates with experience in end to end MICE operations - domestic as well as international. Someone who has escorted large groups.
